Giving

Christians throughout the United States donate both money and experience so that the ministry work of 316 Ministry can continue to flourish. 

316 Ministry is a non-profit (non-governmental) organization. It is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)3 charity so gifts to support 316 Ministry are tax-deductible. We receive no funds from any denomination’s budget.

316 Ministry runs an exceptionally lean ministry because of the generosity of our many volunteers and staff. For example, all of the administrators and board members volunteer several hundred hours each month. We strive to stretch every dollar to maximize its impact.

Your giving makes an eternal difference in our missions throughout the country and around the world. Faithful support of 316 Ministry allows us to reach a larger audience with God’s word and actions.

We have experienced volunteers who would like to donate their time to worthy, Godly, events. Some of our events, we can do through the donations we receive from our volunteers, but most will require a bit of financial help. We can supply the boots on the ground and represent you but we do need your help. Help us to apply our experience as advocates for you in doing God’s work. If you would like to give by cash or check, you can always mail your giving to our offices. If there is a specific fund you would like your donation to be applied to, please write it in the memo section or a note with your cash donation. At the end of the year, you will receive a giving statement which you can use for your tax deduction. Thank you for your generosity!

What are we doing that is making a difference?

We are developing and promoting the podcast series Spirit in Motion which will cover 21 Christian topics. Once developed, episodes are published to 18 different directories to include names like Apple Podcast, Spotify, Google Podcasts, iHeartRadio, Amazon Music, and others to reach the maximum audience.
We are hosting several different authors who create our Daily Devotion series. This series delivers an inspirational message matching daily issues with Scripture and is then pushed to many of the social media outlets to include Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram for maximum exposure.
More outreach consists of hosting online training session to teach people some of the essential life skills such as how to budget, avoid debt, make a major purchase, balancing a bank account, resume writing and other skills which are important to get through life.
Homeless outreach is something that is very important to our ministry. There are so many ways to impact someones life. From a simple meal to more aggressive actions. The actions we can take largely depend on the donations we receive. We are planning hygiene kits distribution, meal intervention events, clothing giveaways, job matching, basic medical, and others.
Food pantry support is also a big win for our ministry. With the additional food support for many ending with the end of the pandemic, our food pantries will take the brunt of meeting the need.

What is our mission statement and values?

We are a Christian life coaching ministry and a mission outreach group with the goal of growing God’s kingdom through education of the Scripture and how it applies to todays challenges.

How effective are we at completing our mission?

Our current ministry is fairly new but we have a combined mission strength of over 100 years of direct experience in many areas of God’s work. We have lead mission trips to Jamaica, to Costa Rica, served as leaders for large student groups, volunteered in and around the state in disaster support, and many other areas. Supporting the teaching of Jesus Christ is not just a job to us, but a passion that we live every day.
Another strength that we bring to our ministry is the understanding of corporate management and technology. With over 30 years helping to design many of the systems that are used on the Internet today, this gives us a great advantage to use this technology to convey the many amazing messages from Jesus and the Scripture as a whole.
We will be utilizing this vast experience to move in the many areas of Christian support and the results of those efforts will be evangelized to the world.

How do we know that you are using our donation responsibility?

When you make your donation, you are able to select which area of ministry that you would like to support. Often times we have very specific events that can be funded. For example, on a specific day, we will be making a food donation to a local food pantry. Details about the event will be described and if you choose to, you can make a donation to that event. Most of those events have a funding goal to collect which will ensure the event can happen. Those donations are specifically tags to that event. Other donation are given to be used at our discretion. These types of donations allow for the flexibility of our team to disperse the donations to a need that fits the greater good of the Ministry.
