John 1:1-2 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning.”

Hebrews 4:12 “For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.”

Of course, we are not talking about the Word of People. We are talking about the Word of God. A good gage is that the Word of People informs you and the Word of God transforms you.

So, what is the Word? The Word is a Light that will guide your path. It is the voice that will comfort you in your pain. It is the spiritual food to nourish you when you are weak. It is also the sword to protect you against the enemy. It has the truth to convict you, the power to correct you, and the wisdom to direct you.

In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God. One thing that you can count on is that grass may wither, flowers will fade over time, but the Word of God lives forever.

All of us have sinned and fall short. The wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life. Jesus didn’t come for the righteous but for the sinners. Jesus didn’t come to be served but to serve and he gave his life.

So, how are we made right? We are saved by grace, not by works! Anyone that calls on the name of the Lord will be Saved!

Together by the grace of God, we can take the Word of God to the World.
